Returns and Exchanges

Domestic U.S. orders: Return shipping charges are on us on! Our customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund. Please allow 5–7 business days to receive your refund. Please note, for returns of gift sets, you must return the entire set as we do not accept returns on individual gift set components. All orders must be unopened to be eligible for return.

Canada orders: Returns do require an additional shipping fee at this time. Duties & taxes paid by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Please reach out to our customer care team, and they can provide you with return instructions. All orders must be unopened to be eligible for return.
