Returns and Exchanges
The process is easy! Just send us an email at support@helloskincare.com to get started.
Domestic U.S. orders: Return shipping charges are on us! Our customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund or a replacement product. Please allow 5–7 business days to receive your refund and up to 10 business days to receive a replacement product. Please note, for returns of gift sets, you must return the entire set as we do not accept returns on individual gift set components.
Canada orders: Returns do require an additional shipping fee at this time. Duties & taxes paid by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Our customer care representative will email you a return shipping rate and next steps.
